For most of the year, Sam runs ‘Edible & Medicinal Wild Plant Foraging Walks’ on the Atherton Tablelands. With a focus on introduced species, these walks explore the culinary and medicinal value of some of the most common wild plants in the area. As the seasons change, many of the species change - Winter walks and Summer walks differ in species. These walks aim to get people connected with their ecology through the use plants as food and medicine.
